Excellence in Corporate Governance for Family Businesses | Alumni Evening

Alumni UIC Barcelona is pleased to host a new edition of Alumni Evenings, an exclusive gathering designed to foster knowledge sharing and meaningful connections among alumni with similar interests and professional backgrounds.

This edition will focus on excellence in corporate governance for family businesses, exploring the increasingly complex challenges associated with generational succession, strategic growth and adaptation to changing business environments.

To address these topics, we will be joined by three leading professionals in the field:

• Mercedes Mullor, Law Alumni '90, CEO of Mullor and member of the UIC Barcelona University Advisory Board.
• Sandra Llavina, Business Administration Alumni '96, CEO of Grupo Llavina.
• Gaby Masfurroll, CEO and Partner at Clínicas Mi and member of the UIC Barcelona University Advisory Board.

The discussion will be moderated by Javier Relats, BBA Alumni '92, executive and independent board member with extensive experience advising family businesses. He will lead a conversation on the latest trends and best practices in corporate governance for family-owned companies, addressing key strategies to strengthen the relationship between family, ownership and business, while promoting governance structures aligned with the highest standards.

The event will conclude with an exclusive networking cocktail reception in the gardens of The Box Club.
