Students taking the European Master’s Degree in Endodontics go on an exchange to the University of San Carlos in Guatemala
Dr Guillermo Dorian gave a talk at the Higher School of Postgraduate Studies in the Guatemalan University
Carla Bóveda, Stephanie Fairhurst, Firas Elmasmari and Victoria Sanroman, final year European Master’s Degree in Endodontics students, travelled to Guatemala to undertake a week-long exchange with the Postgraduate Degree in Endodontics at the University of San Carlos in Guatemala (USAC). The students, accompanied by two professors from the Faculty of Dentistry, Dr Adriana Gómez and Dr Guillermo Doria, undertook some apical microsurgery. They also participated in clinical sessions in cooperation with Postgraduate students from the University of San Carlos in Guatemala.
As part of this visit, Dr Guillermo Doria, a professor from the Faculty of Dentistry at UIC Barcelona, gave a talk to students taking an Dentistry Update course at the Higher School of Postgraduate Studies at the University of San Carlos, Guatemala.
