The second edition of Growing Together kicks off with 15 mentor-mentee pairs
5 February saw the beginning of the second edition of the Growing Together Professional Mentoring Programme, organised by the Alumni UIC Barcelona Career Services.
During the session, fifteen mentor-mentee pairs met and explored the opportunities the programme will offer over the next five months. Through mentoring, senior alums will guide recent graduates and master’s students from the same professional field, answering questions and supporting their career development.
The session was led by César Fernández, executive coach and expert in leadership talent, who will apply a structured methodology throughout the process to help participants unlock their full potential.
