I always say that my experience in college was fantastic. I was lucky enough to pursue a double degree in Journalism and Humanities which was very enriching, and I also made true friendships.
The degree that influenced me the most was Journalism, which was what I wanted to do, and that was what I dedicated myself to during my first eight years in the working world. From there, my preferences changed a little and, although always within the world of communication, new opportunities opened up that I wanted to take advantage of.
Many students feel uncertainty and doubt about the future. My message is not to get overwhelmed, because over the years new paths will appear in the labour market that are unimaginable now. Building a solid foundation is key to realising your potential from an economic perspective in the future.
